Baby things...

I am busy unpacking shower gifts and doing baby laundry ... had to post these socks from our Dallas shower. Thanks to Robert for the gift - I can't wait to show off our little boy in his boots!

Showered

Super bowl weekend took us to Dallas to celebrate Charlie's upcoming arrival with dear friends. Thanks to Janet and Cile for hosting a lovely shower - it really was precious - not too baby and not too stuffy.
The generosity of and love from many folks who helped raised me is humbling. Charlie is one lucky kiddo.

Other highlights included: catching a glimpse of Brooker, having my family at the shower (ellen, Mutti, the cousins), experiencing more snow and ice in Dallas than I can every remember, and hitting the FW rodeo.
